Office Assistant


Pay: $14


Schedule: Monday - Friday


Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 


 


 


 


Position Summary:


This person will handle a variety of office duties, including responsible for virtual tours, social media listings, running local errands such as dropping of paperwork for clients. Will assist with real estate related tasks as needed such as listings and invoices.  Attention to detail is a must, the client is a top real estate agent for the west valley and is a big believer in delivering for her customers. 


Job stability will be considered when reviewing resumes. Interviews will be conducted for selected candidates in a group setting which would include the owner and the real estate agents as well.


 


Sky Slope software is a big plus


Photoshop experience is a big plus


Adobe InDesign experience is a big plus

Required Qualifications :
Must pass a Drug Test and a National Background check



Requirements:

Must be a NON-smoker - includes e-cigarettes

Must be able to work well independently


Strong computer skills


Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc)


Must be proficient in use of all Social Media 


Ability to multi-task


Attention to Detail


Must be able to write well in cursive (for personalized hand written cards to clients)


Must be well organized and willing to keep the kitchen and office space tidy


Previous Real Estate or Title company experience is highly preferred but not required 


Must be able to accept and work in a diverse environment
