Job Description :

We have an immediate need for an MRO Coordinator for our client, a factory in the Goodyear, AZ area.


This position is slotted to last 90 days but has the possibility of extension. Our client has a long-standing habit of hiring our contract workers for internal, full-time positions.


  • This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday days - 40 hours per week.

  • This job is located near Cotton Lane south of Camelback.

  • Anticipated to pay $13-$15 per hour. The wage may be negotiable depending on experience.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Ordering materials for the factory

  • Place orders off requisition for replenishment

  • Receiving Parts from warehouse and stocking of parts on a carousel (would need to lift up to 40# but generally in 15-25# range)

  • Stockroom layout-assistance with the placement of other parts/stock that is not stored on the carousel

  • Maintenance order assistance 

  • Customer service to internal staff requiring materials

  • Documentation of materials pulled out of stock (inventory tracking)

Required Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Good with Excel and inventory control systems

  • Able to research, track inventory and locate missing material

  • Reliable transportation to the West Goodyear area (this facility is not bus 

  • Prior experience as a buyer, in purchasing, inventory control, or in MRO coordinator role

  • Experience in an industrial setting (this job will be working in the factory materials area
