Job Description :

The purpose of this position is to assist in providing an amazing experience for our client by working as a team with the Loan Officer and Loan Processor from contract to close.


  • Handle initial set up and disclosures

  • Review and update initial application from the Loan Officer

  • Follow up on supporting documentation from the client

  • Work hand and hand with our Processor from contract to close.

  • Send out Loan Status Updates every Tuesday and Friday to all parties involved.

  • Work within Encompass and our CRM’s for efficiency and maximizing the customer experience

  • Handle all communication with the client from contract to close.


Required Qualifications :


  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to embrace and maximize technology

  • Familiarity with mortgage processes, terminology, procedures, rules, regulations, and compliance

  • NMLS licensed 

  • Bi-lingual Spanish required
