Currently seeking an exceptional individual with leadership experience and distribution/fulfillment center background to manage multiple customers while providing excellent communication over the phone, occasional face to face interaction with customers, and assisting with the management duties for fulfillment needs.

This is a Temp to Hire position, however could be a Direct Hire for the right candidate.
This position is directly responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers and internal staff on a daily basis during sales and product inquiries. Provides technical support and answers customer questions regarding products and application of products. Drives sales growth by engaging in actions that identify leads for further selling opportunities with every customer. Assists Sales personnel in researching, preparing and order entry for customers and major accounts. Utilizes computer system to process, track, record customer orders, and inventory inquiries to research discrepancies
The primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Interact with and assist customers in the selection of product by effectively communicating product specifications, application, pricing and availability in person, over the phone and electronically.
Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty. Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities and be able to successfully convert inquiries into orders.
Enter and process a variety of transactions in company systems including orders, returns, warranty information, credits and shipments. Completes cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain accurate customer account information.
Communicate and update customers regarding special orders, rush orders, lead times and/or delivery dates.
Work with manufacturers regarding product delivery dates, special orders, color matching, Material Safety Data Sheets, technical specifications and general product information and application techniques.
Handle various customer service administrative activities for sales personnel including orders, warranty requests, submittal packages, substrate testing and general questions regarding product availability and pricing.
