PAY : $18-26/Hour DOE
LOCATION : West Phoenix

RESPONSIBILITIES: As an X-Ray Inspector, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Maintaining accurate inspection and test logs.
- Demonstrating expertise in equipment setup, calibration, testing, and result documentation, adhering to Quality department procedures.
- Operating and maintaining X-Ray testing equipment.
- Thoroughly examining and testing materials and products to identify defects like inclusions, pits, and incomplete welds.
- Comparing products to specifications and blueprints to ensure assembly completeness.
- Clearly marking and categorizing defects, as well as approving or rejecting products.
- Conducting regular system checks to ensure proper X-Ray process functioning.
- Staying up-to-date with mandatory certifications and training.
- Being open to overtime work as needed.
- Keeping the work area consistently clean and organized (5 S's methodology).

- Level 1 X-Ray Inspector: Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience.
- Familiarity with organizing and documenting NDT results, as well as relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting codes, standards, and contractual documents related to inspection methods.
- Acute vision and necessary certifications as per customer requirements.
- Level 2 X-Ray Inspector: In addition to the above, a minimum of five years' experience in dimensional tolerance inspection (Y14.5) of aerospace products.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Standing and manual dexterity required for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
- Close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment skills.
- Skill in handling small delicate parts and handheld measuring equipment.
- Capability to operate a Forklift.
