Our Platinum ranked staffing firm seeks a Recruiting Sourcer to perform high volume recruiting and scheduling of potential candidates for jobs we have available. The Sourcer will help to locate, screen, and schedule candidates to be interviewed by a small team of high-volume Account Managers.

Monday - Friday 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm. BASE + uncapped monthly commissions and monthly bonuses.
Examples of duties include:
Reviewing resumes and contacting qualified candidates for screening.
Following up with candidates and scheduling interviews.
Creating electronic candidate files.
Inputting candidate data into spreadsheets and databases.
Administrative support to both the recruiting staff and candidate pool.
Written correspondence with both the candidate pool and clientele.
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
Must have strong hands on knowledge of typical software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills and verbal communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to produce results within a given deadline and respond quickly to change.
Strong organizational, decision making, and time management skills a must
Self-motivated, reliable and driven personality a must
Willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of service excellence
