Located in our Goodyear facility, the Receptionist position plays a pivotal role, acting as the first point of contact for both visitors and employees. Monday Friday 8: 00 AM 4: 00 PM
4 Months (October - January), with onboarding targeted for early/mid-October to facilitate training with the current incumbent prior to their leave.

- Warmly greet visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed, and guide them to their intended destinations.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls: listen intently, determine callers' needs, and forward calls appropriately.
- Extend administrative support to various departments when required.
- Handle daily mail and deliveries: receive, sort, and distribute.
- Oversee the badge system: create and issue new badges, hand out temporary badges, and uphold compliance with badge policies.
- Carry out additional duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette along with outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and ensure punctuality.
- Ability to organize effectively and multitask seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Capacity to work in a manufacturing environment and foster productive interactions with multiple departments.
