Location: 51st ave & Buckeye
Pay: $18 an hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday 6: 15AM-3: 30pm ( OT available on Friday's)
Job Description: Responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. Maintaining the overall quality and compliance of the company's offerings. Perform inspections, tests, and assessments to identify any defects or deviations, making sure products adhere to industry-specific regulations and customer requirements.

Job Description: Responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. Maintaining the overall quality and compliance of the company's offerings. Perform inspections, tests, and assessments to identify any defects or deviations, making sure products adhere to industry-specific regulations and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications and standards. Use a variety of measuring and testing equipment to perform these evaluations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and any deviations or non-conformities discovered during inspections. Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support traceability and compliance.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes and record relevant data. Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify issues to prevent further occurrences.
- Ensure products adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines and best practices to maintain compliance.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality metrics to communicate findings and highlight areas for improvement to management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Provide suggestions and solutions to enhance overall product quality.
- Regularly calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even minor defects or deviations.
- Familiarity with inspection and testing equipment relevant to the industry.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques is a plus.
