Direct and supervise assembly activities to achieve key goals.
Plan operations balancing workforce, workflow, and quality processes.
Ensure safety practices and address any hazards.
Drive continuous improvement in lean manufacturing environment
Train and develop team members.
Monitor quality and implement improvements.
Collaborate on projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
BS Degree
5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to effectively execute plans.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with PCs and ERP systems.
Experience in refrigeration and consumer products preferred.
