Skills:
- Experience working on high cavitation hot runner mold
- Computer Skills
- Level 2 English communication skills
- Math skills
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic tools
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience
- High School Diploma
- Lead and Coordination with Tooling Engineer all phases of mold rebuilding
- Schedule and perform in press mold preventive maintenance
- Clean and maintain mold and components using standard cleaning solvents and alcohol, inspect mold components for wear and damage
- Measure steel parts using calipers, micrometers, and indicators
- Maintain a documentation system to coordinate mold repairs and mold transfers to other locations.
- Maintain the parts inventory for mold.
- Coordinate the mold repairs with vendors.
