Job Description

While primarily a 1st shift role, flexibility is key - you'll occasionally sync with the demands of 2nd and 3rd shifts. Conduct training in assembly, sheet metal fabrication, material handling, and compliance. Lead new hire onboarding, immersing them into our manufacturing ethos. Craft dynamic training schedules in alignment with business needs. Delve into training needs assessments, ensuring our programs hit the mark. Keep training content razor-sharp through regular reviews. Master our online Learning Management System as its guardian. Track completion and ensure meticulous recordkeeping.

Requirements/Education:
- Associates or better, specializing in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience Essential:
- Navigating LMS systems (Cornerstone experience preferred). Masterful in facilitation and a great communicator across diverse teams. Solid grip on Assembly, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Material Handling, and Welding operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. A manufacturing stint of five years, out of which 1 to 2 years must be in technical training within classrooms or on the job.
- Championing Lean Manufacturing. Instructional design prowess is a delightful bonus.
