Job Title: Human Resources Administrator




Location: On-site




Job Type: Full-Time




Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm




Salary: $60,000-$70,000 (Based on experience)




Start Date: Immediate




SUMMARY:

Exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Administrator. In this key role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and assisting with various HR and employee benefits-related tasks, both internally and externally. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handling HR-related inquiries and requests, both internally and externally.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve retention and organizational culture.
  • Partnering with our project manager to create and implement effective training and learning models.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external staff.
  • Keeping track of new hires and separations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Guiding new employees through the onboarding process, from initial offer to training.
  • Managing employee benefits enrollment and addressing related inquiries.
  • Assisting Operations Leadership with external HR investigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with benefit notices and managing retirement plan enrollments.
  • Overseeing the annual open enrollment process and conducting year-end compliance testing for all company benefits.
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports for compliance and audits.
  • Assisting with workers' compensation administration.
  • Managing equipment inventory.
  • Assisting with the organization and execution of company events.




QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 3 year of experience in Human Resources, including benefits administration.
  • Strong experience in an HR support role is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in computer/systems skills, including MS Office and HRIS/ATS.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership, including owners and director-level executives.
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not mandatory.
