SHIFT:
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
PAY:
- $20.00+ DOE per hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have prior experience as a Nail Tech or Cosmetogist with 2 years of experience.
- 2 years of customer service experience (experience servicing customer as a Nail Tech or Cosmetogist will work.)
- Excellent communicator (both written and spoken.)
- Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of online shopping and eCommerce.
- Experienced and comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Empathetic and accountable.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Able to find creative solutions to the customer's problems.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and have a great work ethic.
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Helps customers troubleshoot and determine root causes of problems with the product.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Possess a deep understanding of product knowledge and application skills.
- Troubleshoot with customers as needed.
- Process orders and requests.
- Keep impeccable records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide impeccable customer support.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Syspro, Shopify, Kustomer, Yotpo, Teams, and Outlook.
- Routinely monitor social conversations across DD official pages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor Salon Locator and work closely with Admin to add, remove, or update accounts.
