SUMMARY: You will love this job! Our client, an up-and-coming cosmetics brand, has an opening for a Customer Care Representative at its Chandler-based headquarters. This company is growing and gaining national attention for its brands and products.

The primary objective of the Customer Care Nail Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support to both licensed nail professionals and retail customers. They collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill client technical requirements. Additionally, they identify opportunities for upselling, educate clients, address customer concerns and requests, collect and analyze data, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

  • $20.00+ DOE per hour.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have prior experience as a Nail Tech or Cosmetogist with 2 years of experience.
  • 2 years of customer service experience (experience servicing customer as a Nail Tech or Cosmetogist will work.)
  • Excellent communicator (both written and spoken.)
  • Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of online shopping and eCommerce.
  • Experienced and comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Empathetic and accountable.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Able to find creative solutions to the customer's problems.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and have a great work ethic.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Helps customers troubleshoot and determine root causes of problems with the product.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Possess a deep understanding of product knowledge and application skills.
  • Troubleshoot with customers as needed.
  • Process orders and requests.
  • Keep impeccable records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide impeccable customer support.
  • Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Syspro, Shopify, Kustomer, Yotpo, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Routinely monitor social conversations across DD official pages on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor Salon Locator and work closely with Admin to add, remove, or update accounts.
