Phoenix, AZ 85226
SUMMARY:
SHIFT:
Part-Time Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
PAY:
$18.00 per hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong customer service skill set
Excellent communicator (both written and spoken)
2 years of prior customer service experience
Knowledge of online shopping and eCommerce
Experienced and comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Empathetic and accountable
Confident and outgoing
Able to find creative solutions to the customer' s problems
Must be dependable, reliable, and have a great work ethic
JOB DUTIES:
Communicates with customers, addresses customer concerns, and finds creative solutions to meet the customer' s needs
Answers telephone and emails and provide information over the phone or via email.
Works to meet the client s expectations through superior customer service.
Learns about the company' s products and shares this knowledge with the customers.
Tracks customer conversations in the company systems.
