Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Customer service in a Manufacturing capability
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Duties:
- Review, process and confirm orders received from customers daily in order to place orders for production and to release closures for shipment.
- Prepare inventory reports and planned production reports for our customers.
- Review credit conditions and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure material availability for customers' requirements.
- Communicate and interface with customers and sales managers.
- Create customs paperwork for international shipments.
- Report on old age/slow moving inventory and review with sales manager.
- Enter issues as reported by the customers to alert the plant of a problem, and to promptly resolve the issue.
- Request/submit new artwork and color matches to Design Services and send completed artwork to customers for approvals.
- Prepare and report month-end shipments to the customers and sales manager.
- Update the forecasting system with the most up-to-date customer requirements and shipping information available for assigner customers

- M-F 8am-4: 30pm
