Job Description
Corporate Job Bank is looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator for a local building supplier in Gilbert, Arizona. We are looking to start someone as soon as possible!
Location: Baseline Rd & Mesa Dr (Gilbert)
Pay Rate: $18-$20 DOE (weekly pay!)
Shift: Monday Friday, either 7: 00am-4: 00pm OR 8: 00am-5: 00pm

This is an in-person role that is vital to supporting the sales and operational teams. Attendance and punctuality are key to the success of this role.

Skills/Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge of computer programs to include MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Familiarity with internet research to obtain property information from sites like the County Assessor s Office and real estate listing sites
- Previous experience working in and inputting customer/client data into CRM, ATS or other customer/client database programs
- Communication via email and phone with customers to obtain information, qualify leads, and provide information on products and services
- Administrative experience supporting sales, account managers, marketing managers or mortgage/real estate professionals
- Organization and time management; ability to prioritize when faced with multiple demands
Responsibilities:
- This role is the primary first point of contact for callers and some walk-in customers looking for information about products and services offered by our different departments
- Maintain and respond to incoming email leads/inquiries
- Use pre-defined qualification methods to prepare customer inquiries to be assigned to the proper sales reps/teams
- Input leads into CRM, verify information for accuracy, and create notes and follow up tasks
- Take ownership of each lead until it is ready to be assigned
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and other briefing documents to support B2B sales activities for the Business Development Manager
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide backup support for AR, Credit and Marketing departments
