Job Description

One of Corporate Job Banks' premier construction clients has an immediate opening in the North Phoenix area. This client is a large fast growing construction company in California and Arizona. This will allow for growth within the Accounting or Project Management side of the business.
Hours: Monday- Friday and Every other Friday off
Location: North Phoenix
Pay: $45K-55K DOE


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all corporate offices. Including but not limited to building maintenance, meeting setup and support, and information technology support.
  • Maintain office supplies inventories for the Phoenix office. Track, maintain, and order supplies through the office administrator based on specific office needs.
  • Assist with the document retention program and aid in the development of company document retention policies.
  • Enter all G&A payables.
  • Processing of all credit card receipts and Accounts Payable
  • Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
  • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time quite often on short notice - by the CFO or Controller.
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Create, update, and disseminate information and reporting related to company internet and data usage.
  • Communicate and support administratively with all aspects of the company to ensure function and efficiency on all levels.
  • Other Duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Associate s Degree (AA) in Accounting is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the accounting and administrative field.
  • Knowledge of Sage 300, Sage 100 Contractor Accounting software; Database software; MS PowerPoint Design software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software, Adobe, and/or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Maintains and follows the financial policies and procedures of the company.
  • Assist in the development of more efficient internal procedures that optimize the use of departmental resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy, security, and segregation of duties.
