- Proficiency using ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of supply chain or accounting background
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Experience with a CPG company preferred
Strategic Planning
- Handle Bills of Lading from co-packers and ensure material orders are received in the ERP System
- Investigate discrepancies and partner with co/re-packers, material suppliers, and internal issues
- Reconcile inventory levels at the Glendale plant monthly to ensure inventory recorded in ERP and sub systems is in sync with physical inventory stock levels at the site
- Enter production into ERP system at various item levels (work in process as well as finished goods)
- Backflush all materials consumed during production within ERP system
- Transact other inventory movements in ERP system
- Complete and lead yearly on hand inventory count at assigned sites
- Collaboration with cross functional partners to ensure inventory movements are reflected correctly in ERP
- Partner with Glendale and Chicago leadership to make sure all appropriate inventory reporting is received, and work to resolve any discrepancies
- Facilitate cycle counting process for raw and packaging materials
- Partner with plant Supply Chain and brewery team members on correcting inventory variances on a weekly and monthly basis
- Communicate and collaborate with finance leadership on inventory process improvements and reconciliation variances
- Lead and drive accountability and corrective actions with internal partners on investigating inventory variances in the warehouse
