Corporate Job Bank has an immediate need for 25+ Assemblers. Our client is a manufacturing company in Goodyear, AZ area.

- These Assembler positions are temp to hire. Our client offers a safe, climate-controlled, clean, modern facility. They have work class benefits and offer the best-in-class wage. This is one of the nicest manufacturing facilities in the state.
JOB TYPE:
- Full Time | Temp-to-Hire
SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift: 6am to 2pm Monday through Friday.
- 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6am Sunday through Thursday (may train on 1st or 2nd shift for several weeks)
COMPENSATION:
- 2nd and 3rd Shifts pay 18.00 per hour while working through the agency. $22.15 per hour to start. $22.65 after 30 shifts.
- A retention bonus of $1500 after 60 days hired on is available for all shifts.
- Annual bonus of up to $2080 is available for all shifts.
- Lots of overtime is available for all shifts.
- 1st year anticipated gross in the $53, 000 to $62, 000 range.

JOB DUTIES:
- Use of hand tools
- Assembly of various consumer appliances
- Machine operation
- Use of power tools
- Quality control
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED a must
- 1+ year of experience working with your hands and on your feet.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Enjoys fast paced work
- Enjoys a team environment
- Takes pride in building high quality products
- Safety minded.
- Drug testing and criminal screening required before placement.
