Responsibilities and Duties
A Mortgage Sales Manager you will assume responsibility to guide new Applicants through the loan process from pre-qualification, application, loan approval, and loan closing while working with our dedicate support staff. You will prequalify prospective home buyers, and review financing options. You will serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the home financing process. Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources is vital to the success in this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with product knowledge and a sense of urgency are all requisites for the role. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences is essential. Minimum of 4 years experience a must and strong purchase product knowledge around Conventional, FHA and VA financing options.
