Our client is a Steel Installations Company based in Central-South Phoenix


Positions is Temp to Hire


 ay


1st shift-Monday to Friday/7am-4pm


 


Position summary:




HR Coordinator/Payroll









 



  • Responsibilities include all aspects of HR, Payroll and Benefits.

  • Responsible for implementing all new processes that will improve all areas of HR to ensure running smoothly and efficiently. 

  • New hire orientations, background checks, scheduling pre-employment physicals, online training.

  • Coordinate travel, lodging and transportation for out of state division.   

  • Employee new hire and termination process

  • Maintain all personnel, I-9 compliance and benefits files on every employee

  • Implementing Corporate Policies


 



Required Qualifications :
 








Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Payroll-ADP

  • Quickbooks

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

  • Strong Office Management

  • HR Generalist Recruitment experience

  • Employee Relations

  • HR Laws & Regulations

  • Training & Development

  • Benefits Administration

  • Performance Management

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.


 


Requirements



  • 5+years related HR/Payroll experience
