Corporate Job Bank is currently hiring for over 40 entry-level, customer service based call center positions with the Department of Economic Security.
Your main responsibilities will be to learn program rules for divisions such as SNAP and TANF, taking incoming calls and evaluating cases for eligibility.
Examples of Duties:
Learning the program rules, applying regulations, policies and procedures that are deemed necessary per case basis.
Interviewing customers and evaluating eligibility or tax coverage.
Help customers with applications and forms required by each program.
Review work load information from the automated databases and program policies.
Process claims, respond to inquiries and assist all customers with disabilities.
This position may include face to face interaction with customers.
Call Center experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual is a PLUS
Positions will start late March.
